Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

For all return and refund claims, customers must provide a clear unboxing video as proof.

The unboxing video should:

• Be recorded before opening the package
• Clearly show the package seal and shipping label
• Show the complete product condition after opening

This video helps us verify genuine issues and ensures a faster resolution.

Refund Policy Without Unboxing Video

If a customer raises a return/refund request without providing an unboxing video:

• Our team will review the request based on the available details and evidence.
• A refund may be approved up to 30% of the product value depending on the case.
• Full refund or replacement cannot be guaranteed without valid video proof.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
• Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.
• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email/WhatsApp.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or regional restrictions.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Crystal Collective will not be responsible for delays caused due to incorrect address information.
